El Chavo del Ocho has been for many generations one of the most famous and most seen Television shows. This show started in the 70's when Roberto Bolanos "Chespirito" was the founder of these series. The show concisted of adults dress as children, with themes that were interesting to the populations. Now in days this show is seen in countries such as Russia, Spain, Chile, Costa Rica, Brazil just to mention a few.

The building where this series took place was known as "la vecindad del chavo". This past October the cartoon series was released in Mexico and some parts of Europe, giving the highest ratings ever. Which it shows that no matter how long this show has been people still appreciate good and clean family entertainment.

According to its creator Roberto Gomez Bolanos was impress and very pleased to see how the show turned out better than he thought, he called it "extraordinario". It was a combination of the old show themes, and new dialogs, that had more modern issues and it was easy for the children to understand.
